Exploring Patient Charts 

Feature Walkthrough Video: Charts

Locate Patient Profile

From the Main Dashboard select the registered patient you would like to assess.

Accessing Charts

Once in the Patient Dashboard select "Charts"

Displaying Charts

Select the Metric you would like displayed and the date range and click "Display Chart"

Edit the date range to enhance data

Analysing the Chart

On the Y Axis is Vital Sign or Survey Questions, On the X Axis is date reading was taken.

There is a legend at the bottom identifying the content available on the chart. 

The Chart is interactive!

Hover over the data points to see more information about the reading, such as exact reading, date taken, what reading is captured 

You can use the following sections to Zoom In, Zoom Out, Enlarge, or Return to Home.

Select the "Magnifying Glass" and draw a box over the results you would like to focus on. this will display just these results.

Press the "Home" icon to return to standard view.

Downloading Charts

Select the "Three Lines" and select which format you would like to download the chart, either SVG, PNG, CSV once clicked this will initiate a download.

Unless specified differently file will enter your computers "Downloads" folder and uploaded or shared as per your requirements.
