Establishing Preferred Units of Measurement

Clinical Team Members are now able to select their preferred units of measurements for Weight, Temperature, and Glucose to allow you to view readings in a measurement that you are most familiar with.

Note: This update has replaced Regions listed within My Account.

How to edit and update your preferred units of measurements

Step 1:

Log in to the Connected Health Platform and select My Account

Step 2:

Select Units of Measurement from the left hand panel.

Step 3:

Select Edit

Step 4:

Select the units of measurement for which you would like to see the readings displayed within the Connected Health Clinical Platform. Once you have made your selection, click Save.

 

All readings being delivered by the patient will now be displayed according to your saved preference. Please note, this will only affect how you view the readings and will not update the patients settings. If the patient requires assistance updating their settings, please have them connect to the Cloud DX Support Team at 1-888-543-0944 ext. 1.
