How to void patient readings

Clinical Admins can now void patient readings directly from the Clinical Dashboard.

This work instruction will walk you through how to void readings, review voided readings, and how to restore voided readings.

How to Void Readings

Step 1:

Locate the reading in question and select the time stamp to review the reading details.

Step 2:

Select Void Reading

Step 3:

Enter the reason as to why the reading is to be voided and select OK.

Step 4:

The reading is now voided, on the reading screen you will be able to see who had voided the reading, the reason, and the void date and time.

The voided readings will remain in the clinical platform but will not be visible on the patients end. If a reading is voided and is the only reading for that date, the compliance tools will restart and the patient will be listed as non-compliant until their next reading has been taken.

How to Restore a Voided Reading

Accidentally void the incorrect reading? That is okay, the Connected Health Platform will allow you to restore any voided reading.

Step 1:

Locate the voided reading in question and select the time stamp to review the voided details.

Step 2:

Select Restore Reading

 

Step 3:

Enter Reason as to why you are restoring the reading and select OK.

The reading is now restored and is restored within the patients readings and visible on both the Clinical Platform and the Patient Platform.
