3. Searching For Clients
The Client Management System allows a clinician to search for a client 3 different ways. You can use the search bar to look up clients by Name, Client ID, or by Client's email address.
3.1. Searching for Client By Name
Enter a client's partial or full name into the search bar. Click 'Search'.
3.2. Searching for Client By Client ID
Enter a client's ID into the search bar. Click 'Search'.
3.3. Searching for Client by Client Email
Enter a client's email address into the search bar. Click 'Search'.
4. Sorting Columns
You can sort all columns in ascending or descending order by clicking each header.
5. New Client
To create a new client (patient) record click 'New Client'.
You are required to enter a First name, Last name and Client ID. All other fields in the New Client form are optional. You can always edit the client form later if you decide to start tracking additional fields. Click 'Save'.
6. Remote Monitoring Invitation
You may notice the check box 'Send remote monitoring invitation'. If this is selected an email invitation will be sent to the email address entered for the new client. The client can register a new account or link an existing account if they happen to own a Pulsewave. This allows the client to remotely view their reading history. If the client has a Pulsewave it will also link the two accounts and aggregate the reading histories from both accounts to provide a complete view of on-site and remote readings.

7. Guests
Under certain circumstances you may not wish to track a client’s reading history. The 'Guest' tab was designed for in-clinic use. It allows the clinician to take readings or demo the Pulsewave without enrolling a patient yet.
If your account was upgraded to Client Management System all of your previous readings will appear under Guests.
