Exploring Compliance Management

Introduction

Compliance is a great feature to assist with ensuring patients are taking their readings regularly and during the required times based on Clinical recommendations. This feature can be customized to either a full group or a custom compliance for a specific patient.

What is the Compliance feature?

The Compliance feature provides a visual aide to determine if the patient has taken their readings and/or survey on the agreed upon days. If the patient has not taken a reading, the CloudDX Patient Support Team will reach out to the patient and provide a friendly reminder for the patient to take their readings, assist with the Connected Health Care Kit, and offers support to the patients using the kit. Compliance Management allows the support team to assist with any troubleshooting matters, and most importantly, provides the clinical team ongoing data to track trends and intervene when required.

Group Compliance

A clinic admin is able to set compliance for an entire group of patients, once established, the group will start to be monitored for compliance as established by the clinical admin. Any new patient added to the group will also adopt the compliance settings.

To enable Group Compliance:

Step 1: Click Groups from the Clinician Dashboard. And Click Edit on the desired group.

Step 2: Select the Compliance tab.

Step 3: Enable Compliance.

Step 4: Check the boxes for the desired readings on the desired days.

Step 5: Save Settings.

Once the Group Compliance requirements have been saved, the patients within the group will actively be monitored for compliance on the following day.

Custom Individual Compliance

Patients can also have individual compliance set. This can benefit patients with specific requirements in addition to their groups and can be managed on a case-by-case basis.

To enable Custom Individual Compliance:

Step 1: Select the patient you wish to customize their compliance, and then select the compliance tab.

Step 2: Click Customize Patient Compliance.

Step 3: Check the boxes for the desired readings on the desired days.

Step 4: Click Save Settings.

To remove Custom Individual Compliance:

To remove custom compliance from a patient profile, from the individual compliance tab, select Remove Compliance.

Once removed, the patient will no longer have custom compliance set, however if they are part of a group with compliance enabled, they will adapt the Group Compliance settings.

Compliance on the Clinician Dashboard

On the Clinician Dashboard, lack of Compliance is represented by a grey clipboard icon. You can use this icon to sort clients who are not compliant on the dashboard.

To sort clients with compliance tasks to the top, click on the compliance icon, an arrow will then appear next to the icon, sorting the patients with compliance tasks to the top. You can see which patients have incomplete tasks because their clipboard icons will be grey. Once a task is completed, the icon will turn green.

Once compliance is set for the patient(s), the CloudDX Support Team will assist with Compliance Management. The Support Team will connect with any patient listed as non-compliant and offer a friendly reminder and provide assistance with the Connected Health Care Kit as needed.
