How to Determine Patient Adherence to Instructions

A clinician can determine patient adherence to instructions by comparing scheduled activities with data found in a client's reading history. This article will explain how to do so.

2. Locate Client

Select the 'Clients' tab. Use the search bar to enter a client's name, email, or client ID. Click 'Search'. Alternatively, you can click on a client's name from the list of clients on the main dashboard.

2.1. Open Client's Individual Dashboard

After locating a client, click on their name to open their individual dashboard.

3. Schedule Tab

While on a client's individual dashboard, click on the 'Schedule' Tab.

3.1. Viewing Scheduled Events

In the date line, click the back arrow '<' button. This will allow you to view the dates and times a client has a scheduled event.

4. Readings Tab

Click on the 'Readings' Tab to view a client's history. Toggling between the 'Schedule' and 'Readings' Tab will allow you to see if readings were taken as scheduled.

5. Notes Tab

Clicking the 'Notes' Tab will allow you to add or edit a note about your client.

5.1. Adding a Note

Select 'Add Note' then enter new information about your client. Click 'Add Note' to save.
