Disable Account Feature

Disable Feature 

This article provides an overview of the 'Disable' feature available in the new Patient Registration Profile view. Once a patient’s account is disabled, the patient will no longer be able to upload readings, ensuring that data submission is halted immediately.

1. Open Patient Profile

To disable a patient account, navigate to the main Clinical Dashboard, select the Patients tab, and search for the patient's ID

 

2. Click on Disable/Close account

3. Close account

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm your choice

 

4. Account Disabled Confirmation  

A confirmation message will appear indicating that the account status has changed to Closed 

 

Enabling a Patient Account After It Has Been Disabled

If a patient account needs to be re-enabled after being disabled, simply click on Reactivate Account to restore access

Account Enabled Confirmation  

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm your choice

 

Confirmation of account

A confirmation message will appear indicating that the account status has changed to Active
