1. ✨ What’s New
We’ve rolled out a quick hotfix to keep everything running smoothly! This update includes a few important bug fixes and a small enhancement to improve your overall experience. Thanks for your continued support!
- Enhanced Survey Notification Display- Read More Functionality
- Spaces in auto-generated usernames
- The platform will automatically remove spaces included in usernames.

- Clinician Accounts and Patient Accounts will enforce unique usernames

2. 🔧 Improvements & Enhancements
We've made an update to the platform based on your feedback.
2.1. Enhanced Survey Notification Display- Read More
Enhanced Survey Notifications containing 12 or more complex expressions now require Clinicians to click 'Read More' to view the full content. Instead of opening a new window, 'Read More' now expands the section within the Notification Window, making it easier to view and manage.
3. 🐞 Fixes
We’ve resolved the following issues to ensure a smoother experience.
Issue | Fix |

Spaces in Autogenerated Usernames | Previously, autogenerated usernames were allowing spaces, causing confusion amongst patients. The Connected Health Platform now enforces the requirement that usernames must not include spaces and autogenerated usernames will remove the space. |
Duplicate Usernames (Clinician & Patient) | In certain edge cases, a clinician was able to create a test patient with an identical username. The system now enforces unique usernames for all clinicians and patients. |
Survey Schedules |
Pausing Survey Schedules Previously, patients continued to receive survey schedules even after a survey schedule was paused. Now, once a survey schedule is paused, end users will no longer receive the survey until it is re-enabled by the clinician. Deleting Scheduled Surveys Some deleted survey schedules were continuing to send the surveys to the patient with a 1 minute expiry time. We’ve implemented a fix for this issue. Please note, it is difficult to reproduce and verify through standard quality assurance. Based on our hypothesis of the root cause, we’ve taken corrective action and will continue to monitor for any reoccurrences. |
Enhanced Survey Notifications Pagination |
Enhanced Surveys Notifications triggered prior to the release of 1.46 were being displayed with text streaming past the notification window into the grey section of the platform. With this update, the pagination will be adjusted, ensuring the previous notifications triggered are displayed within the appropriate notification window.

New Patient Profile Welcome Call and Drop Shipment Request | Previously, when using the New Patient Profile View, some Welcome Call or Drop Shipment Requests failed to deliver to the Cloud DX Support Team. The integration with Cloud DX ticketing system has been corrected and this functionality will now work as intended. |
