🔧 Improvements & Enhancements
We’ve made enhancements based on your feedback.
Improved Survey Sorting on Android
We’ve improved how surveys appear in the Cloud DX Android app to make it easier for patients to know which survey to complete first. Surveys are now automatically sorted so the one with the earliest due date and time appears at the top, with others listed in chronological order. Each survey card clearly shows its due date and time (now consistent with iOS), and if multiple surveys share the same due date, they are sorted alphabetically. This update removes confusion, especially for patients with many active survey, by making it easy to see and prioritize upcoming tasks without needing to scroll.
🐞 Fixes
We’ve resolved the following issues to ensure a smoother experience.
| Issue | Fix | Additional Info | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First Time Login - Align Units of Measurement with Server (CA or US) | Intermittent issue (Fixed) | Now, when a new patient logs in, the app automatically sets units based on the server location imperial units for US servers and metric units for Canadian servers. After this initial setup, any unit changes the patient makes in Settings will be correctly saved to their preferences. This update ensures measurements such as blood glucose display in the proper default format (e.g., mmol/L in Canada), preventing confusion during onboarding and improving consistency across devices, including BYOD. | ||
| Language Dropdown does not display BYOD | Intermittent issue (Fixed) | We’ve fixed an issue where the language dropdown menu was missing on Android phones when using the Connected Health app. Patients should now see the language selector near the top-right menu (hamburger icon), offering English, French, and Spanish, just as it appears on kit tablets. This ensures a consistent experience across all devices and allows patients using BYOD phones to easily choose their preferred language. |
