How Do I Create A Support Ticket?
Before you create a support ticket, did you check our support site? It has all the information you need to use Cloud DX products. You can find answers to common problems by searching for articles in our site. Just pick a topic or type your question in the search box. If you still need help, you can create a support ticket by following these instructions:
1. Visit Support.PulsewaveDX.com
Click here to visit the support site. Click, "Create Support Ticket".
To avoid confusion and speed up our response, please only open one ticket for each topic.
2. Enter Ticket Details
To help us better understand your request, please provide all relevant details when submitting your ticket.
Ticket fields:
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Subject (e.g., Patient ID, issue, reason for ticket, etc.)
- Product Category (dropdown of options)
- Description (e.g., Patient ID, explanation of why the ticket is being created, etc.)
- Kit number (if applicable)
- Attachments (if applicable, you may add attachments such as files, photos, or screenshots of errors/issues)
- Priority (if applicable)
When complete, click "Submit".
3. Confirmation
After submitting your ticket, you'll see a confirmation on your screen with your ticket number. Keep this for your records. Our Support team will reach out to you soon.
