How Do I Create A Support Ticket?

Before creating a ticket have you searched our support site? The support site contains all the information needed to operate Cloud DX products. Answers to typical issues can be found by using our support site's article search box. It's simple! Just choose a topic or enter your question in the search box. Click here to search. If you still need assistance you can create a ticket by following these instructions:

1. Visit Support.PulsewaveDX.com

Click here to visit the support site. Click 'Tickets'.

2. Click 'Start Ticket'

In order to prevent confusion, and increase response time, please refrain from opening more than one ticket on the same topic.

3. Select The Proper Department For Your Ticket

Click the down-arrow to select a department then click 'Continue'.

4. Enter Ticket Details

Fill out all required fields then click 'Start Ticket' to submit. As you fill out your ticket you may notice articles appearing under 'Related Knowledge Base Articles'. These articles can help you answer your question without having to create a ticket. In the example below, an article appears that can quickly answer the ticket question.

5. Confirmation

You will receive an on-screen confirmation. You will also receive confirmation via email. Please retain it for your records.
