How Do I Print Out Or Save/Export My Results?

Printing and sharing your vital sign result history with your doctor has never been easier. This article will explain how to print or save results for a Single Reading and Multiple Readings.

NOTE:  You should not send personal healthcare information via unencrypted email - these emails can easily be intercepted.

To maintain security of your personal health information:

  • Print a hard copy of your vital sign results and physically hand them to your doctor
  • Save a PDF of your results to your desktop. Then securely fax them to your doctor using any commercially available encrypted web fax service, such as eFax.com; InterFax.net; HelloFax.com; etc. Most doctor’s offices still receive fax transmissions.

1. Print A Single Reading

Visit PulsewaveDX.com (or click here). Log in to your account.

1.1. Click on the 'Readings' Tab

1.2. Click On The Specific Reading You Want To Print

1.3. Click 'Report'

Click the 'Report' Tab from the lower menu - this is different than 'Reports' Tab in the upper menu.

2. Save/Export Single or Multiple Readings

You can save a report in a number of different formats. Clicking the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the report shows you more options.

  • There are 9 different file formats including Pdf, Rtf (rich text file), and Csv (comma separated values) to choose from
  • The most common file formats are Pdf and Csv

To save a report: Choose a format then click on the disk icon to save. This will export and save the file to your desktop, documents folder or download folder.

3. Print Multiple Readings

To print the results of a Multiple Readings, you can start from any page. Click the 'Reports' tab from the upper menu - this is different than the 'Report' tab in the lower menu on a single reading page.

3.1. Click the Printer Icon

The default Report is a list of readings taken in the last 30 days.

3.2. Selecting Specific Date Ranges

You can choose to print readings for a specific a month from the calendar to the left - the Report will include all readings for that month.

3.3. Print Monthly Reports for All Vital Signs

You can view and print Monthly Reports for any of the five vital sign categories (Pulsewave, Oximetry, Weight, Temperature, Glucose) by selecting the appropriate Tab.

3.4. Advanced Search

You can generate a custom report by clicking 'Advanced Search'.

3.5. Exploring 'Advanced Search'

You can create and print a custom report by:

  • Choosing a specific timeframe
  • Searching for specific Notes
  • Selecting any of the 6 factors tracked by Pulsewave

Click 'Search' to generate report.

Take a few minutes to create reports using different parameters. Try to get a good feel for the types of custom reports you can generate.

4. Return to Reports Page

Clicking the 'Search by Month' will take you back to the calendar-based Reports page.
