Patient Scheduling
A useful feature of the Professional web portal is that clinicians can add a scheduled time for a client to take a reading or take additional actions. Clients will receive Reminders to take their readings at scheduled times. This article will show you how to schedule a reading.
1. Visit PulsewaveDX.com
Click here to visit the website. Log in to your account.
Click here to learn how to recover your User Name or Password.
2. Search For Client
From the Dashboard, click on the 'Clients' Tab.
Use the search bar to enter a client's name, email, or client ID. Click 'Search'. Alternatively, you can click on a client's name from the list of clients on the Client page.
3. Click On The Schedule Tab
4. Click 'Add Event'
5. Select the event type and time(s) of readings. Click 'Save'.
The scheduled event or action will be displayed on the calendar.
6. Editing/deleting an event
To edit/delete an event, click on the event you wish to change.
Select whether you want to 'edit current occurrence' or 'edit the 'series'. Note: In this example we will be editing the series.
Edit the event type and time(s) of readings. Click 'Save'. Alternatively, you can click on 'Delete' to remove the scheduled reading.
The edited event or action will be displayed on the calendar.
